This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies ZeroAI BOSS uses, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site.
Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage (browser storage mechanisms that work like cookies but are never sent to the server), and pixel tags (tiny images embedded in pages or emails that log whether content has been viewed). We use all three.
Required for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of these without disabling the service. They are set in response to actions you take — such as logging in or filling in forms — and expire when you close your browser or after a fixed session time.
Help us understand how visitors interact with our public pages — which pages are visited, how long users stay, and where they come from. The data is aggregated and used to improve the platform. These are set only after you accept cookies via our consent banner.
Enable enhanced features such as remembering your preferences (e.g., theme, language, remembered login email). They are set only when you use those features and are not strictly required to browse the site.

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). GA4 uses cookies to help us analyse how visitors use our public pages. The information generated — including your IP address — is transmitted to Google's servers, which may be in the United States or other countries outside the EEA.
We have configured GA4 with the following privacy settings:
GA4 cookies are only set after you provide cookie consent via our banner. For more information on how Google uses data, visit policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity records anonymised session replays (how users scroll, click, and navigate) and generates heatmaps. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the user experience.
Key facts about Clarity:
For more information, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement and the Clarity Terms of Service.
When you log in to ZeroAI BOSS, we set a PHPSESSID session cookie. This cookie:
HttpOnly (cannot be accessed by JavaScript) and SameSite=Lax (protects against CSRF attacks)If you tick "Remember me" on the sign-in page, we also set a zai_remember cookie containing an encrypted, one-time-use token. This token is rotated on each use and invalidated immediately when you sign out.
Some features of the platform involve third-party services that may set their own cookies:
We do not control third-party cookies and cannot access them. You can opt out of third-party cookies through the third party's own settings or through your browser settings.
When you first visit ZeroAI BOSS, a cookie consent banner is displayed. Click Accept All to allow analytics cookies, or Manage to choose which categories to enable. Your preference is saved in localStorage under the key zai_cookie_consent for one year.
To withdraw consent or change your preferences at any time, clear zai_cookie_consent from your browser's local storage and reload the page — the consent banner will reappear.
All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Instructions for the most common browsers:

You can prevent GA4 from collecting data about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera.
